  • 1 pound footing beef
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large sweet onion diced
  • 8 ounces sliced white mushroom
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • ¼ cup sherry
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups egg noodles dry out
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, dark-brown basis beef with onions until cooked through and no longer pink.

  • Season with salt. Then add mushrooms, and saute until tender, about ten minutes.

  • Add together garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
